Café Sol is a long-standing Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurant in the heart of St. Lawrence Gap, and one of the more reliable party-night dining options on the south coast. The menu runs through nachos, fajitas, burritos, enchiladas and quesadillas, with a long list of frozen margaritas and tequilas. It is loud, colourful and spills onto the street, making it a natural starting point for a night in the Gap. Kitchen hours run from late morning through to late in the evening, Tuesday to Sunday, and the two-for-one happy hour is a fixture.
