Lone Star Restaurant

Fine Dining · West Coast · St. James

Rating: 4.7 / 5

The Lone Star sits on the sand at Mount Standfast on the west coast, in a converted 1940s garage that was one of the first petrol stations on the island. Today it is a small boutique hotel and beachfront restaurant open from breakfast through dinner, with a menu that moves between Mediterranean dishes, sushi, wood-fired pizza and grilled local fish. The dining terrace is built right at the water's edge, and the bar is a long-standing favourite for sunset drinks on the platinum coast. It is a fixture of the St. James dining scene and reservations are recommended, particularly in high season.
