Cin Cin by the Sea is perched on a bluff above the Caribbean at Prospect in St. James, and the cliffside setting is as much a part of the draw as the food. The kitchen blends Mediterranean and Caribbean influences, with house-made pastas, fresh local fish and a strong cocktail and wine list, served in a contemporary open dining room that catches the breeze off the sea. Sunset tables on the terrace book out quickly, and dinner here is a staple of west coast date nights. Reservations are essentially required in high season.
