Chef Damian Leach — multiple winner of the BHTA Chef of the Year and Caribbean Chef of the Year — opened Cocktail Kitchen in 2016 near the entrance to St. Lawrence Gap. The kitchen turns out refined Caribbean plates like roast breadfruit with lobster and daily catch specials, paired with classic and inventive cocktails from two bars. Seating is split between an indoor room, a patio, and a rooftop with Gap views. Open Mon-Sun from 5pm; reservations via OpenTable or 246-622-3017. Happy hour runs twice a day.
