Kensington Oval regularly hosts the climax of the Caribbean Premier League, with the Eliminator, Qualifier 1, Qualifier 2 and Grand Final played over a few days on the ground's floodlit surface. The playoffs draw huge crowds, with party stands, sound systems and carnival-style entertainment alongside high-quality T20 cricket featuring leading international and Caribbean stars. As the home of Barbados cricket, Kensington provides the perfect backdrop for the biggest T20 title in the Caribbean, usually resolved in an evening of packed stands and fireworks.

About the ground
Kensington Oval is one of the most historic cricket grounds in the world, hosting Test cricket since 1930. It's the home of West Indies cricket on the island and was the main venue for the 2007 Cricket World Cup final. The ground holds approximately 28,000 spectators.
Stand names
Each stand at Kensington is named after a Barbadian or West Indian cricket legend: Sir Garfield Sobers Pavilion, Sir Everton Weekes Stand, Sir Frank Worrell Stand, Sir Clyde Walcott Stand, Sir Conrad Hunte Stand, 3Ws Stand, Greenidge & Haynes Stand, and others.
